Extension of termination period?
Hi - I would like to know when the working relation ship ends when following happens (Swiss Labor Law):
Termination period 1.7. to 30.9. (3 month)
Employee falls sick from Sep 2 to Nov 3. He joined the company in January 2020. Does the work relationship end on December 31 or January 31?
