Nanny engagement and payroll service pricing ?

Hello Everyone!

I have launched a platform that helps parents match with each other in order to share a nanny. The nanny takes care of both children at the same time in either of parent homes.

I am monetizing the platform by offering a special contract for nanny shares and payroll service for the shared care so they can manage the nanny salary. I do not know much about payroll but will use Bexio to do the payroll management. To note the platform is so far only in Geneva so dealing only with these regulations.

My question is what is the right price to set for this service, as i don’t know exactly the load of work it represents? I started with 100CHF/month on a 6 or 12 month contract. I will also take care of registering the nanny to the relevant authorities again only in Geneva so far.

I know platforms like quitt offer this service however there are not specialized in this niche market.
