HR Cosmos is Switzerland’s largest HR knowledge platform. It’s a place where the HR community can exchange ideas, network, and develop solutions together.

Our platform combines a wiki, a Q&A community, and AI. StarGPT answers questions based on verified sources of information, such as labor law information from ch.ch. If the AI can’t find an answer, the community steps in to help. This way, you get the best of both AI and HR experts — concise, easy to understand, and drawn directly from real-world experience.

The foundation of HR Cosmos
Many HR workers deal with the same questions day in day out, and tiresome routine work is required to find the answers. How can we bundle Switzerland’s enormous HR knowledge and make it widely accessible? HR Campus and Starmind approached this question in 2017. With intelligent Starmind technology and HR Campus’ specialist background, the result was HR Cosmos.
