What does data privacy mean for employee?
As analytics power grows stronger, companies want to have a better understanding of their own workforce. Individual employee becomes a data point and contributes to the analysis of the whole workforce. What does data privacy mean for individual employees? Should individual employee be offered the possibility to see what kind of analyses have been run on an employee group where this individual is part of it?
